The defense is building a very strong case, or rather the prosecution is not proving their case

One issue that will prevent Chauvin from being convicted on all charges (other than he doesn't meet the standards for murder 2) is that George Floyd was saying her couldn't breathe when he was upright in the vehicle. That would have been an early sign of overdose. He needed Narcan and medical intervention. I predict he will be acquitted on murder 2 and maybe murder 3 and found guilty of manslaughter.
